Women's Yoga Weight Loss Course
This program includes a weekly yoga class, e-trainer and health tips.
Emphasis is placed on making healthy eating choices and on toning the entire body. Specific attention is given to the transverse abdominal muscles (these are the lucky ones that get pulled apart during pregnancy).
Bring a Yoga Mat, Water Bottle and Positive Attitude.

Registration fee must be paid prior to the first day of class. If all of the classes are full and you want to be put on a waiting list, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is a person who cancels, the instructor will call you. If there is a large enough waiting list we may start another class.
