Therapy Services

Home > Our Services > Therapy Services

As a result of illness or injury, regardless of your age or overall health, there may be a time when you need extra assistance to get back to your normal activities, improve your ability to function and to avoid re-injury. We offer a wide variety of outpatient therapy services that are designed to help.

Physical Therapy
If you've been injured in an accident, broken a bone, suffer from low-back pain, arthritis, heart disease or other debilitating conditions, or you are recovering from major surgery - our physical therapists can work with you to restore impaired functions, improve your mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Upon referral from your doctor, our experienced therapists develop an individualized program of care tailored to your needs and abilities.

Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy is a state-of-the-art facility designed to optimize rehabilitation potential. Our clinic is equipped to provide strength training, cardiovascular training, aquatic therapy, advanced joint rehabilitation and spinal care. Our staff of dedicated and caring professionals is committed to providing the excellent care that gets results.

The staff of Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy has provided physical therapy services in the community since 1977. We've grown with the needs of Davis County and are thrilled to offer this beautiful facility and high-quality services to our patients and those in the community.

A Networked, Comprehensive Approach
When most people think of rehabilitation from a sports-related injury, they think only of physical therapists and athletic trainers. We follow a more comprehensive approach. Depending on your injury and your needs, we can draw upon the expertise of radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. We are committed not only to treating your injuries, but also to educating you about how to continue successful rehabilitation and healthy exercise after leaving our care.

Equipped for Almost Anything
Our exceptional facility specializes in therapeutic services for a variety of patient needs, including sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, pain management, neck and back care, total joint replacement, infant torticollis, balance and postural disorders, geriatric rehabilitation, work-related injuries and women's health.

Rehabilitation Services
We also offer professional and caring rehab for cardiac patients using a telemetry monitored program. We also offer rehab for arthritis, joint replacement and spine patients.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy helps people learn or regain both physical and cognitive abilities to carry out activities of daily living, such as eating and dressing. These services can be especially valuable to persons recovering from stroke or a serious injury and for those suffering from disorders like multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. Our therapists work one-on-one with each patient to help maximize skills and abilities. Often, these services can be the difference that enables patients to live independently at home.

Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists work patients who need assistance to speak and communicate clearly. Speech therapy can be especially helpful for patients whose abilities are impaired because of a stroke or head injury, who suffer from speech impediments such as stuttering, who have suffered a hearing loss or have a mental disability or a condition such as cerebral palsy.

Pelvic Floor Therapy
Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy is proud to feature an orthopedic clinical specialist certified in women’s health. We are currently accepting patients suffering from incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, organ prolapse, postpartum changes, and other pelvic floor and urogynecology issues. Many women have found relief from their pain and discomfort through pelvic floor therapy in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
