Our water aerobic class is an exercise program using the buoyancy of water to create a “Weightless” low-impact exercise format. 

When: Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm

Where: outpatient clinic of Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy

Cost: $40/10 class punch card (Includes appointment with Therapist)

Instructor: Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy Staff

Participation in the aqua mom program requires written approval from your physician or midwife.  Also, all participants must schedule an initial appointment with a therapist from Wasatch Peak.
